I advise on responsible business conduct, human rights and decent work in global supply chains.

Supporting companies, governments, international organisations and multi-stakeholder initiatives through policy-aligned, risk-based advisory.

What I can do for you

  • I provide advice on the design and strengthening of proportionate, risk-based implementation of RBC standards and HRDD approaches aligned with international frameworks and emerging regulation.

  • I advise on labour and human rights risks in global supply chains, with a focus on purchasing practices, supplier engagement and systemic solutions.

  • I support organisations in navigating regulatory developments and aligning corporate or institutional approaches with global policy frameworks.

  • I facilitate organizational strategy and foresight processes to support informed decision-making on responsible business conduct and supply-chain priorities.

  • I help organisations structure functional stakeholder dialogue and partnership models that clarify roles, align incentives and foster cross-sector collaboration.

My Story

My story is shaped by movement across places and institutions. I grew up in Bogotá, Colombia and have spent the past decade living and working in Europe, experiences that have deeply influenced how I understand responsibility, power, and accountability.

Seeing global frameworks from different vantage points led me to believe that responsibility is built through institutions, incentives, and relationships — not checklists — and that context matters as much as standards.

Highlights of my work

Across corporate, academic, and multilateral settings, I have contributed to the development and interpretation of responsible business conduct frameworks aligned with international standards. This includes supporting the integration of labour, human rights, and sustainability considerations into policies, strategies, and operational guidance used by diverse actors.

Turning standards into practice

Analysing and strengthening due diligence in supply chains

My work has involved analysing due diligence practices and governance arrangements across supply chains, with attention to risk identification and prioritisation, institutional roles, and coordination challenges. Through research, policy work, and applied projects, I have helped identify gaps between commitments and outcomes, and pathways to strengthen implementation.

Convening and facilitating collective processes

I have designed and facilitated multi-actor discussions, workshops, and internal strategic planning retreats in complex policy and organisational settings. These processes have supported shared understanding, surfaced strategic tensions, and informed decisions in contexts marked by uncertainty and competing priorities.
